Sasha & Dino | A Boho-Chic un-weddingy-wedding
On a glorious day in June, Sasha & Dino said I do at the striking new venue Hotel La Tour in the centre of Milton Keynes.

Design:
Sasha and I discussed how to dance the line between laid back Boho; Chic Minimalist & Classic Elegant styles. They wanted something minimalist and classy; not a whiff of tulle and nothing 'wedding-y'.
Steering away from the more typical boho choices such as pampas clouds on pedestals, we designed low level table centres with architectural sun palms, exquisite white orchids, blousy hydrangea and delicate dried flowers. Modern gold candlesticks and cutlery added warmth; and gorgeous blush napkins by The Knotted Napkin Company provided pops of colour. Towering pampas and palm installations lined the walls and transformed the room.
As a last minute design twist, Sasha wanted to change the ceremony backdrop from a dramatic pampas sailboard arrangement, to something more sleek and refined. With less than a week to go, Mr W helped me create this stunning golden archway which provided a gorgeous focal point and doubled up as a brilliant back drop during the evening reception.
The venue suited their day perfectly. Modern, Chic, Vibrant - Congratulations Mr & Mrs Mattera - you rocked it!
