Partial Planning

Perhaps you were off to a great start, but now you are feeling a little stuck when it comes to narrowing down the finer details of wedding planning - the things that will make your day unique to you.

Wherever you are in your planning journey, I can help you figure out the rest. If your design or concept is still a bit of a blank canvas, or you are frustrated because you can’t find the suppliers that you want; don’t worry - I will help you fall back in love with planning again.

  • Mood board / vision proposal creation

Three Months Out
Coordination

This is perfect for you if you have planned your wedding yourself; and you are looking for some one to take charge of the day.

Around three months before your big day, we will sit down together and go through absolutely everything. We will go over your plans with a fine tooth comb, review your chosen suppliers & what they are offering; and build a picture of your day.

  • Full on the day coordination - usually 9am - first dance.

  • Comprehensive planning meeting 3 months before the wedding - ideally in person, to go over all of your plans so far.

  • I contact your suppliers directly (including venue & caterers)

  • I assist with sourcing any last minute suppliers.

  • You have access to unlimited phone, video call and email communication in the lead up to the day.

  • Final planning meeting 2-3 weeks before the wedding.

  • I create detailed timelines for the week of the wedding.

  • I produce an hour-by-hour  event production schedule for the day of the wedding.

  • I can assist you with table planning if required.

  • I oversee set up on the day of the wedding to make sure that everything is how you would like it to be.

  • I am on hand to offer advice & support when you need it so that you have peace of mind.

If you need assistance in crafting a concept or designing the aesthetic for your wedding day, I can support you by creating mood boards and mock-ups tailored to your tastes.

 

Once you have envisioned how you want your wedding day to look, I will take care of sourcing the right suppliers and rental items to bring your vision to life.

Let’s visit your venue together; and see how we can enhance it’s natural beauty or; transform it into something wonderful. On the day; I will be there to set up and ensure that everything is ‘as it should be’. After your wedding, I will also be there to de-rig & ensure that all of your décor and hired items are returned safely.

My suppliers continuously expand their catalogues, so feel free to get creative & express your design ideas!
